Do you want to be successful? The truth is, it doesn’t matter whether you’re a teenager, a stay-at-home mom, or the CEO of a fortune 500 company: you want to be successful. We are all looking for success. But the question is: how do you define success? What parameters have you been working within to achieve success? How we view success informs the individual measurables we put in place; it determines how we navigate the pursuit of success. And the way we view success has major implications for our everyday lives!
So as believers, how should we define success? Sometimes, we can shy away from this topic because we only consider the world’s perception of success being about power. However, success has more to do with fulfilling one’s purpose, and as God’s image bearers, we were created with purpose. This means we ought to be striving to be successful in our calling! But what does that look like?
In this episode, we talk about different ways we can get it wrong, and we go to God’s Word to see how God defines success. Come join our conversation!
